This factory had been burnt down by arsonists and had to be totally refurbished. This involved removing the roof and all of the wall cladding, so that we were left with a steel frame. This was replaced with new highly insulated cladding to the walls and roof and appropriate guttering was fitted.

The warehouse then had to be decorated from top to bottom, once the smoke damage had been removed.

The offices and toilets were also refurbished. To complete the job the factory floor was painted with epoxy paint. Obviously in a building like this the electrical wiring had been burnt and had to be replaced, as did several windows. The unit is now up for re-letting.
