This involved modifying and refurbishing 5 factory units and opening them up into 1 continuous factory, then we were required to decorate and fit out the entire building including toilets, offices, kitchens, flooring, plastering and installing a number of steel door fire exits. The end use of the factory is to install a long production line to manufacture biscuits.
