We have recently completed work on The Priest House in Knowle which is owned by Jones & Egan Estates and consists of 15 offices and 4 shops within a listed building in Knowle High Street. Tenants occupied the building throughout which made refurbishing work somewhat more of a logistical problem, but this was achieved by keeping in close contact with both the client,the managing agent, the project manager and the tenants. Work consisted of re-wiring throughout the entire building, new central heating, decorating, carpets, doors and ceilings etc to give the building a facelift. This had to be done sensitively, particularly at the front part of the building which is the original 17th century listed part of the building, although the rear is also listed. Works externally included new windows, tarmacking the car-park and installation of a new electric main. Unlike other office refurbishment companies we carry out external works and some engineering type works alongside the refurbishment which makes us more flexible.
